Had been doing this for the past few weeks and it truly made me a happier person.
- 10 mins work out each day.
- A cup of lemon water in the mornings.
- 2L of water.
- Have my vitamins daily.
- Have at least 1 portion of fruits a day.
- Increase intake of oatmeal.
- Make cereals & muesli my go to snacks.
